I got hint from http://bernytech.wordpress.com/2009/09/02/exception-invalid-xml-character-unicode-0x1a-was-found-in-the-cdata-section/
So I fixed SAXParseException issue by removing vertical tab. But I cannot show my jsp. It just took long time and browser disconnected.
